The guesswork involved with “dialing-in” injectors during initial installs and replacement service has been eliminated – dramatically cutting the service time involved and preventing additional downtime to address over/under greasing. Color-coded output spacers dictate the right grease injector needed to always match the dispense output to the manufacturer's specs while eliminating the potential for inaccurate “adjustments” in the field.

Color-coded GCI Output Spacers are installed onto the GCI Manifold to meter the desired grease output. A GCI Injector is then installed into the GCI output spacer.

Locked-In Output — Color-coded output spacers dictate the amount of grease dispensed per lubrication cycle, reducing the likelihood of incorrect field adjustments during repair.
The purple GCI Series Output Spacer allows the GCI Injector to dispense approximately .125 in3 (2.05 cc) of grease per lube event.
